Raised by Diane Finney in the Finney Quarter Horse program, born in Nebraska and moved to Oklahoma for training prior to the program being disbanded. The nerve damage in her ear and neck ended a promising performance career, she has a minor cosmetic disfigurement from the injury, a twisted ear. We purchased her from Marilyn of Oasis Ranch bred to Yellow Roan of Texas.
As a daughter of the exceptional broodmare producer Miss HY Hickory, she was a natural choice for a broodmare. She has consistently outproduces herself across several disciplines. Her foals out of Boon particularly produce electrically catty, good-minded, and highly responsive foals loaded with cow sense. A hit with both non-pro and professional trainers.
