Bred and raised in Buffalo, WY by Angie Long. Freya was broke to drive doubles by Kim Murchison of Tally Ho Shires and Sporthorses in Rifle, Colorado. Later she was well started under saddle on a ranch. She was offered for sale as a part of a herd reduction as she was no longer part of a driving pair.
We jumped at the opportunity to end a multi-year search. Bred for under saddle performance for several generations, quick-footed, with tons of drive and a light-handed stop. Not only does she already handle like our ideal draft X but she has the build and pedigree to pass it forward.
